Personal data processed for the marketing purposes of the Joint Controllers are processed in a separate information system of the IS Marketing group, based on an agreement between the Joint Controllers.
Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
The processing of your personal data for the purposes described above in section 4, paragraph (a) (i.e., communication based on your expressed interest) and for the purposes described in paragraph (b) (i.e., marketing activities of the Joint Controllers) is based on our legitimate interest in (i) active communication with individuals who expressed their interest in properties from our real estate portfolio and (ii) effective marketing support and promotion of our business activities and our real estate portfolio offer. Although our legitimate interests serve as the legal basis for processing of your personal data, we always respect and prioritize your rights and interests over ours.
In cases where personal data is processed for the purpose of managing and protecting this website, as described in section 4, paragraph (c), the legal basis for processing personal data is also a legitimate interest, which includes providing IT services and ensuring security.
The processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, complies with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Nonetheless, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. Duration of Processing Your Personal Data
We retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. The retention period for your personal data is five (5) years from the date of collection. We regularly review the retention period, and upon its expiry, we will cease processing your personal data and either delete or securely destroy them.

In accordance with the purposes specified in this policy, your personal data is also processed by third parties.
These third parties are service providers used by Data Controller PRE to facilitate the processing of your personal data for the purposes stated in this policy. Specifically, these services include technical and software support, and the administration of marketing and sales activities by Data Controller PRE, and companies through which Data Controller PRE undertakes development, construction, and sale of properties in various real estate projects, alongside the Joint Controllers.
A third party is Bavint, s.r.o., with its registered seat at Digital Park III, Einsteinova 25, Bratislava - Petržalka 851 01, Company ID No. (IČO): 36725994, entered in the Business Register of the District Court Bratislava I, section: sro, file no. 44126/B, through which Data Controller PRE conducts development, construction, and sales of properties within the Pri Mýte project.
Another third party is Invelity s.r.o., with its registered seat at Strážska cesta 22 - Zvolen 960 01, Company ID No. (IČO): 47455411, entered in the Business Register of the District Court Banská Bystrica, section: sro, file no. 25341/S, through which Data Controller PRE conducts development, construction, and sales of properties within the Pri Mýte project.
A company specializing in web support and marketing communications also acts as a sub-processor in managing your personal data.

The reduced interest rate of 3% p.a. will be directly stipulated in the loan agreement.
This means that you will pay a lower monthly repayment, without the developer having to reimburse you the price difference later, whether as a one-time or monthly subsidy.
Who is eligible for the reduced interest rate?
Any applicant interested in purchasing an apartment at Pri Mýte, who applies for a housing loan from Tatra banka, can qualify for the 3% p.a. reduced interest rate.
An applicant can apply for a housing loan either independently or through our mortgage advisor.
